Your second home in Spain’s Costa del Sol
One of the main reasons why we don’t travel as often as we dream about, are the hefty expenses for hotels and need of dining out, every day. Stay/lodging + food average up to 75% of all vacation expenses combined. But what if you could stay at a place that would provide our needs (comfy bed, free wifi, tv etc) and saving on all the fancy hotel facilities, as well as have access to your own kitchen so you wouldn’t have to go to a restaurant just to get something to eat, three times a day?
That’s what Benalmadena13 is all about. 3 cozy studio apartments, well-located in the incredibly charming neighourhood Arroyo de Miel (Honey Creek in English) in the beautiful city Benalmadena (Málaga) on the Spainish south coast. Bla bla bla And no additional adminsitration fees, cleaning fees etc like on Airbnb.
We had a great stay on Benalmadena 13. The apartment had everything we needed, and was close to everything. And it was perfect that the sofa could also roll out as a bed, which our little son got all by himself! We’ll be back for sure!

Everything about this apartment is amazing! 1. Maria and Martin are fantastic hosts, they are always there to help you or answer any questions. I booked their place at short notice, nevertheless they made everything ready and were there to give me the keys. 2. The apartment was impeccably clean upon my arrival. 3. The location couldn’t be better: it’s just a stone’s throw away from the train station, and there are a lot of restaurants and grocery stores around. Don’t hesitate to book this apartment, it’s a gem!

My girlfriend and I visited Spain. We found this apartment (which was actually the cheapest rental in this area) and we were very pleased with everything. We definitely recommend it!

I love having my own apartment for myself when I travel. It had everything I needed (even a laundry machine) and is located close to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation which was really great for me!
